By working collaboratively with stakeholders, to ensure we provide maximum value, we deliver seamless, integrated, cost-effective and sustainable solutions through alternative working methods and/or use of systems and equipment. Our qualified and experienced teams have been installing, commissioning and maintaining technology assets across strategic road networks for over 25 years. We work with local and central government, technology providers (e.g. Jenoptik, Schneider Electric, Messagemaker Displays and SWARCO) and Police Forces (e.g. Thames Valley, South Wales, Gwent and Hampshire & Isle of Wight).

Utilising the in-house skills of our highly-experienced teams, ERH has pioneered technologies such as fibre acoustic equipment through trial, approval and implementation stages. We actively research and provide a broad range of innovative roadside technology solutions which encompass all surveys, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities. Through our sister company, Centregreat, we can also undertake associated civil engineering work and provide in-house certified traffic management services.

Our technology solutions enhance traffic management and safety through systems such as ANPR, CCTV, Average Speed Enforcement (ASE) cameras, VMS and VAS signs, non-intrusive detection, intelligent public lighting, traffic signals, and Emergency Roadside Telephones (ERT). We also provide SMART Motorway equipment, communication networks, power and communications cabinets, meteorological equipment, and smart portable CCTV solutions. Our services include supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance with emergency response, rapid deployment, project and contract management, design support, asset management, specialist HSE advice, and additional operational resources for roadside and control room operations.
