Our approach to social value is guided by the ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Standard and supports relevant legislation and best practice from the UK and Welsh Governments, including full alignment with the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
Oversight of our Social Value Policy sits with the Managing Director, supported by the Board of Directors, Human Resources, Community Benefits, and Health, Safety & Environment managers. All directors and managers are responsible for ensuring that the principles of this policy are clearly communicated, embedded in day-to-day operations, and regularly reviewed.
